Our friendly office staff is fluent in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.

 

Dr. Emily Hsu is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Aline Wong is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish, French, and Cantonese.

Dr. Janet Do is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish.

Dr. Stacey Epstein is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

DR. EMILY HSU

Dr. Hsu is board certified in pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate degree at Brown University then attended medical school at George Washington University School of Health Sciences. Her pediatric residency training was completed at the University of California at Irvine. Dr. Hsu is a native resident of Long Beach and currently resides in Manhattan Beach where she stays active keeping up with her two daughters.

DR. ALINE WONG

Dr. Wong is board certified in pediatrics. She obtained her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley and M.D. at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She completed her pediatric residency training at UC Irvine, where she also served as Chief Resident and then Program Director for several years. She has also served as the past Co-Chair of the local American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Young Physicians Committee and the past Vice-Chairman and then Chairman of Pediatrics at St. Mary's Medical Center from 2016-2019. Her past recognitions include the Chief of Staff's Medical Staff Leadership Award (2018) and the AAP California Chapter 4 Young Physician of the Year Award (2013) for her work in training young pediatricians and helping advocate for the pediatric community. Originally from the Bay Area, Dr. Wong enjoys living in Southern California and spending time playing with her imaginative, bookworm daughter and silly, always-on-the-run son.

DR. JANET DO

 

Dr. Do is board-certified in pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate degree at UC Irvine and her medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at UC Irvine where she trained at Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach, Children's Hospital of Orange County, and UC Irvine Medical Center. She loves getting to know families and watching children grow into young adults. Dr. Do is also the proud mother of two daughters.

DR. STACEY EPSTEIN

 

Dr. Epstein is a board-certified pediatrician. She obtained her undergraduate degree at UCSD and went to medical school at Baylor College of Medicine.  She completed her pediatric residency at CHLA (Children's Hospital of Los Angeles). She was a solo practitioner at a pediatric office in Philadelphia and then moved to Long Beach, where she practiced at The Children's Clinic for 16 years. During the pandemic, Dr. Epstein took time off to help take care of her own children. In 2022, Dr. Epstein returned to her passion of taking care of children's health by joining our office.  She has volunteered for the Philadelphia Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Advisory Group, the Pediatric Best Practices Team at Millers Childrens, and worked for the Transition of Medical Care Team at Millers.  She has an interest in helping patients with autism and ADHD.  She is the proud wrangler of two teenage boys.

DR. JENNY PAN

 

Dr. Pan retired in May of 2023. We miss her so much in the office. Currently, she is enjoying her time traveling with friends and making more memories with her grown children and 3 grandsons.

 

Dr. Pan is board certified in both pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. She was the Chairman of Pediatrics at St. Mary's Medical Center from 2007 - 2009. She completed her undergraduate and medical degree at Kaohsiung Medical University. Her pediatric residency training was completed at Interfaith Medical Center in New York and her neonatology fellowship was completed at Children's National Medical Center in D.C.
